Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide on-site administrative support to customers and to ensure customer offices and equipment are in good condition. The role includes identifying and maintaining gift items for customers and keeping a well-stocked supply of promotional and office materials.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the incumbent will handle additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager of Marketing or the appointed Account Manager, contributing to ST

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or office administration.
• Proficient with office software (MS Office).
• Ability to manage office supplies and promotional materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to customers on-site.
• Ensure that the customer offices and equipment are in acceptable condition.
• Identify, recommend and maintain a supply of gift items for customers.
• Maintain an ample supply of promotional and office materials.
• Perform other duties as directed by Head of Marketing or in his absence, Senior Manager of Marketing, or appointed Account Manager.
