Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive, Sales Support to assist the sales team and ensure smooth execution of service contracts. You will handle invoicing, reporting, customer records and coordinate with operations to meet contractual requirements.

Based at Airport Road East Region, you will monitor timely delivery of aircraft engines, address customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years of sales support experience in aerospace/manufacturing preferred.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with sales and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in fulfilling service contracts.
• Support sales team with invoicing, reporting, and maintaining customer records.
• Coordinate with customers and operations to fulfill contractual and service requirements.
• Monitor timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engines to customers.
• Resolve customer feedbacks and liaise with internal departments for timely information.
