Job summary

ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd is seeking an Executive, Sales Support to assist the sales team and ensure smooth execution of service contracts. You will handle invoicing, reporting, customer records and coordinate with operations to meet contractual requirements.

Based at Airport Road East Region, you will monitor timely delivery of aircraft engines, address customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years of sales support experience in aerospace/manufacturing preferred.

About the role

As an Executive, Sales Support at ST Engineering Aerospace Engines Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support to the sales team. This role is based in the Airport Road East Region and is essential in ensuring the successful execution of sales activities within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Work alongside with the Sales Manager in fulfilling the service contracts
• Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks such as invoicing, generating reports, and maintaining customer records
• Coordinating with customers and operations to ensure contractual requirements and any additional service requirements are fulfilled
• Monitor and ensure timely completion and redelivery of aircraft engines to customers
• Resolve customers feedbacks
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure the timely delivery of sales-related information and materials
• Supporting the sales team in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns
• Continuously improving sales support processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements

What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of experience in a sales support role, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the sales team and other departments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
