Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Client Service Agent (Concierge) on-site in Singapore. You will manage day-to-day client floor operations, greet clients, and guide them to meeting rooms, coordinating beverages and hospitality services professionally.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in hotel/hospitality, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond promptly to requests while upholding health and safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience within the hotel/hospitality industry.
• Strong and professional communication skills needed to deal with private banking clientele.
• On-site Singapore location and client-facing responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival and escort to destined meeting rooms.
• Update booking system and call client to inform arrival.
• Take and serve beverage orders to clients.
• Navigate surroundings and assist with directions (ATM, restaurants, train station).
• Respond to information requests in a timely manner and support client needs.
• Support team meetings and ensure health, safety, and service standards are followed.
