Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Hospitality/ F&B or Tourism sector or related professional area (Must have experience in airlines and hotel industry).
• Managed high profile management team (e.g., C-suite & VVIPS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations: support end-to-end event space operationalization and provide premium hospitality.Oversee daily operations of the space and ensure impeccable presentation standards.Coordinate event setup, execution, and breakdown with attention to detail.Host and manage VVIPs and their guests on-site to maintain highest hospitality levels.
• Visitor Management: provide seamless visitor registration and enhance safety and security for clients.
• Vendor Relationships: manage multiple events and coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
