Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, assisting at events and meetings.
• Support operations to ensure seamless event delivery and brand standards.
• Serve as a key contact for clients, guests, and attendees; communicate clearly.
• Coordinate with vendors, caterers, AV, and other service providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain immaculate venues, manage guest flow, and uphold premium service levels.
