Job summary

Shanghai BSF Human Resources Co., Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on-site support for AOI/AVI/SPI equipment in the local region. You will ensure smooth operation, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities include installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, training, and acting as a liaison with R&D for product improvements. Extensive travel may be required to support customer installations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AOI/AVI equipment debugging or maintenance.
• Proficiency in vision system calibration, motion control, and PLC logic.
• Familiarity with mainstream AOI/AVI equipment brands is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and tuning of AOI/SPI equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and optical imaging issues.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize inspection algorithms and reduce false calls.
• Provide technical workshops and hands-on operator training.
