Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with SMT equipment processes and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Koh Young platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers to resolve application issues effectively.
• Install and commission Koh Young AOI and SPI machines onsite to ensure operational readiness.
• Provide remote and onsite software support and troubleshoot application problems promptly.
• Conduct customer training sessions to enhance user proficiency with equipment and software.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maintain machine performance and reliability.
• Adapt to flexible work schedules including overtime, weekends, and public holidays as business needs require.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and collaborate with customers to resolve problems.
• Apply knowledge of SMT equipment processes to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Utilize basic computer skills to operate and support Ksmart, MES, and SECS/GEM systems.]
