You will manage quotations, contracts, and order follow-ups, develop clients, coordinate technical support, and participate in exhibitions to raise brand visibility.

Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus; travel is expected to expand market reach and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Automation/Mechanical Engineering/semiconductor or related field.
• 3+ years overseas market channel sales experience in PCBA/SMT/AOI or related equipment.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus; strong negotiation and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct business negotiations and manage full sales cycle (quotations, contracts, order follow-up).
• Develop and cultivate clients in the assigned region; understand production needs and coordinate internal resources for support.
• Lead product and market promotion initiatives; participate in international exhibitions for brand visibility.
• Monitor regional market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
• Drive new product and market development plans to expand market coverage.
• Gather regional feedback and market intelligence to support product optimization and strategy.
• Assist in recruitment and training of local sales team; perform other duties as assigned.
