Job summary

Franklin Offshore International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an inside sales professional to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and manage orders for offshore products such as rigging and consumables.

The role requires a diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years in sales support or customer service, strong Excel and CRM skills, and good knowledge of logistics and INCO terms. You will coordinate with internal teams and maintain customer relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Familiarity with offshore equipment is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong logistics, shipping, and INCO terms knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales inquiries and prepare accurate quotations for offshore products.
• Process end-to-end sales orders from PO receipt to invoicing and delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, warehouse, service, and procurement for specs.
• Coordinate import/export shipping documentation with forwarders.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and support the sales team.
• Update records in ERP and E-Filing systems.
• Assist Accounts in payment follow-up when needed.
• Perform any ad hoc assignments.
