Job summary

Workle Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator for a well-established Marine Oil & Gas client. Based at Pandan Road, you will support sales, quotations, orders and logistics to ensure smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in inside sales or sales support, strong Excel/CRM skills, and a collaborative approach to coordinate engineering, production, warehouse and procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of inside sales, sales support or customer service experience.
• Familiarity with offshore equipment (rigging, consumables) is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic ERP/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales & quotation management: review inquiries and prepare quotes.
• Order processing: manage orders from PO to delivery and invoicing.
• Technical coordination with engineering, production, warehouse and procurement.
• Logistics & documentation: liaise with freight forwarders and shipping docs.
• Client relationship management: support existing customers and sales team.
• Administration & database: keep customer records in ERP and assist accounting.
