A well-established international bank is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Offshore Relationship Managers and drive business growth in Asia. Based in Singapore, you will oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio expansion while delivering personalized financial solutions and maintaining risk controls.

You will mentor and coach a high-performing team, using data-driven insights to optimize sales initiatives, cross-selling and revenue, under strict regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of premier banking manager experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills.
• Knowledge of bancassurance, investment products and wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Offshore Relationship Managers to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee client acquisition, retention and portfolio growth with solid relationship management.
