HSBC Holdings plc in Singapore seeks a Wealth Sales Team Head, Offshore Banking to lead a premier client team and drive new business through active prospecting and referrals. You will coach relationship managers and coordinate with investment, insurance, and treasury specialists to deliver holistic wealth solutions.

The role requires strong wealth management expertise, a track record of leadership, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset in a demanding market.

Competenze

• The successful candidate has strong academic qualifications and in depth knowledge in Wealth Management with a proven track record of leading a team
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to be able to work individually as well as to collaborate with stakeholders to meet overall team’s objectives
• Highly driven and possess the ability to succeed within a challenging environment
• Outgoing disposition, well-equipped with good communication and interpersonal skills

Mansioni

• Demonstrate strong ability to lead the team to self-source, develop new business by actively prospecting for new clients and referrals, and leveraging your existing network to generate New to Bank leads
• Lead, develop and manage a team of Relationship managers managing our premier clients to ensure achievement of the business objectives, passionate to coach and guide the team
• Focus on nurturing and activating team’s portfolio of clients to fund up to Premier Balance, thereby making referrals to Core RM teams
• Educating the team to drive client to adopt a Digital First approach with focus on minimizing in branch activities while educating customers to transition to digital and remote channels (For low value activities)
• Perform continuous team’s portfolio analysis to identify potential client leads and opportunities
• Detailed, meticulous and precise in identifying opportunities and gaps and ability to craft out quick business strategies to achieve business goals
• Working closely with other members of the Wealth Management team, such as investment, insurance, treasury specialists to provide holistic solutions to our onshore banking premier clients
• Ability to constantly inspect what we expect on team’s deliverables on regular basis
