Role requires strong wealth-management expertise, oversight of portfolios toward Premier Balance, and collaboration with investment, insurance and treasury teams to meet client needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong academic qualifications and in-depth knowledge in Wealth Management with proven team leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of Relationship managers for premier clients.
• Drive self-sourced new business via prospecting and referrals.
• Nurture portfolios to fund Premier balances and enable referrals to Core RM teams.
• Promote Digital First channels and reduce in-branch activities.
• Analyze portfolios to identify opportunities and gaps for growth.
• Collaborate with investment, insurance and treasury teams to deliver holistic solutions.
