Job summary

Qualifications

• The successful candidate has over 8 years of work experience in Wealth Management with a proven track of leading a team
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills to work individually as well as with stakeholders to meet overall team objectives
• Highly driven with the ability to succeed in a challenging environment
• Outgoing disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Lead their team to deliver performance measures and Country Strategic Plan.
• Manage and coach the Premier and Premier Elite Wealth Sales Managers and Relationship Managers to drive performance with a hands-on style.
• Collaboratively build and grow a strong presence in Singapore and the covered regions.
• Lead the team in line with cross-border processes and compliance to ensure consistent client service and sales delivery for non-resident clients.
• Monitor daily client activity using internal tools to coach the team and achieve business goals.
• Raise awareness of HSBC International proposition and foster cross-border collaboration across markets.
• Support development of strategic plans to grow Premier acquisition across sources and channels.
• Spearhead customer events in-country and overseas for engagement and acquisition.
• Drive cross-border business development and deepen relationships with partner sites.
• Oversee internal communications and roll out sales and marketing campaigns to the IWH team.
• Maintain relationships with corridors stakeholders to enable international collaboration and growth.
