Job summary

A prominent engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources professional to assist with employee relations, benefits, and training. The role involves managing work injury reports, compensation claims, and fostering a 5S culture for continuous improvement. Qualifications

Job description
The Job:
Human Resources Functions (80%)

Assist in all human resources functions including employee relations, benefits and compensation, training & development, employee records maintenance, work pass applications/renewals/cancellations, re-employment and retirement administration.

Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) (10%)

Manage work injury and occupational disease reporting, monitor claims and compensation, and support safety initiatives.

5S & Continuous Improvement (10%)

Sustain 5S culture and support continuous improvement efforts in the workplace.

The Person:
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources, including employee relations, HR administration, work pass management and re‑employment/retirement processes
  • Employment laws, government regulations and government organisation and functions (MOM, MOH, WSHC, LTA, CPF etc.)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills, meticulous and detail‑oriented, patient, with excellent interpersonal and employee‑centric approach.
