A prominent engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Human Resources professional to assist with employee relations, benefits, and training. The role involves managing work injury reports, compensation claims, and fostering a 5S culture for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Human Resources, have 2–3 years of related experience, and possess strong multitasking and organizational skills alongside a keen understanding of employment laws. Assist in all human resources functions including employee relations, benefits and compensation, training & development, employee records maintenance, work pass applications/renewals/cancellations, re-employment and retirement administration.
Manage work injury and occupational disease reporting, monitor claims and compensation, and support safety initiatives.
Sustain 5S culture and support continuous improvement efforts in the workplace.
