Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Officer, HSSEQ to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Loss and Prevention, you will help maintain compliance across our maritime and offshore operations and support documentation and management systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Shipping or Nautical Studies is required or preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a Shipping/Offshore office environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HSSEQ day-to-day activities and projects including training and development.
• Maintain HSSEQ documents (ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 9001/14001/45001) for compliance.
• Prepare and maintain office and vessel HSSEQ records and assist to track compliance.
• Support the HSSEQ Team on admin duties.
• Assist in HSSEQ-related tender submissions.
• Coordinate data with vessels and site offices for monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly HSSEQ reports and disseminate alerts and memos group-wide.
• Assist in preparing incident investigation reports.

Job Summary

A detail-oriented Officer, HSSEQ to join our team. Reporting directly to the Manager, Loss and Prevention, who will play an integral role in maintaining compliance across our maritime and offshore operations, supporting documentation and management systems, coordinating incident reports, and facilitating communication between office and vessel teams.
The Role is also expected to Asist the Head of HSSEQ as an Administrative Assistant as and when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all HSSEQ day to day activities and Projects including Transformation, Quality and Loss Prevention activities as assigned by Head HSSEQ for training and development
• Maintain HSSEQ-related documents (Including but not limited to ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) for compliance and to address industry standards
• Prepare and maintain office/management and vessel HSSEQ records and assist to track compliance.
• Support the HSSEQ Team on Admin duties
• Assist in HSSEQ-related tender submissions
• Communicate with vessels and site offices to collate data for monthly reports
• Prepare monthly reports as required.
• Assist to Prepare and disseminate Alerts, Memos, etc. group-wide and track and maintain records of the same.
• Assist in preparation of Incident investigation reports

Required Education & Qualifications

• At least a Diploma, preferably in Shipping or Nautical Studies

Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Shipping/Offshore services office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Effective written and oral communication skills
