A maritime management company based in Singapore is seeking an administrative and coordination support professional for its HSQE Department. The role involves maintaining HSQE documentation, monitoring compliance with various standards, and providing general administrative support. Ideal candidates will have experience in HSQE or marine operations, possess strong documentation and organizational skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Formación

• Maintain and update HSQE statistics, performance data, and records.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HSQE Department.

• Liaise with auditors, authorities, and external parties on HSQE documentation matters.

To provide administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the HSQE Department. Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the Company’s HSQE Management Systems in compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support DPA in administration and maintenance of HSQE Management Systems.
• Maintain accurate HSQE documentation, records, and databases.
• Coordinate HSQE communication and follow-up with vessels and shore departments.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with ISM, ISPS, MLC, ISO, Flag State, and Company standards.

Main Duties & Tasks

• Coordinate HSQE correspondence with vessels and internal stakeholders relating to:
  • Monthly HSQE reports
  • Safety statistics and KPI data
  • Internal and external audits
• Maintain and update HSQE statistics, performance data, and records.
• File, control, and archive HSQE documents in line with Company procedures.
• Assist in preparation of HSQE reports and Management Review Meeting (MRM) inputs.
• Liaise with auditors, authorities, and external parties on HSQE documentation matters as instructed.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HSQE Department.

Experience

• Experience in HSQE, marine operations, or technical/quality administration
• Exposure to maritime regulatory frameworks is an advantage
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
