• Recruit, interview, select, hire staff to meet department headcount needs.
• Provide oversight and direction to staff in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure health and safety of the workforce.
• Plan and implement systems and processes to fulfill department goals efficiently.
• Maintain employee work schedules, trainings, vacations, and time off.
• Develop and maintain the department and an employee-oriented culture.
• Lead performance management with feedback, recognition, and development planning.
• Communicate regularly with other managers and leadership.
