Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Workplace Concierge who delivers warm hospitality and detailed knowledge of the office and city. You will be the first point of contact for employees and visitors, ensuring a smooth welcome, smooth operations, and timely support for events and daily rounds.

You will work alongside the Workplace Specialist, handle mail and access tasks, and assist with reporting. Proactive hosts with strong English communication thrive in this full‑time on‑site role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in hospitality, concierge, front desk, or customer service.
• Strong hosting and communication skills.
• English proficiency; second language is a plus.
• In-office full-time with occasional evenings or weekends.
• Food Safety Level 1 or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host employees, visitors, and VIPs with warm, professional service.
• Serve as the first point of contact, answering questions and routing requests.
• Keep reception and shared spaces tidy and ready for use.
• Manage mailroom, storage, keys, and everyday office services smoothly.
• Support food program and events to ensure timely, well‑prepared gatherings.
• Maintain trackers, access records, invoices, and expense reporting; assist the Workplace Specialist.
