As a Nurse Manager (Home Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage daily home care operations, enquiries, financial counselling, feedback, complaints, and coordination with other departments.
• Coordinate client care arrangements, including rostering and on-call duties.
• Support the Homecare Head in achieving departmental targets and work with marketing to implement sales strategies.
• Review and develop home care policies, SOPs, service agreements, and new business initiatives.
• Provide safe, quality clinical care, including assessments, reviews, care plans, documentation, and nursing procedures.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and communicate with clients/sponsors to address issues and provide psycho-social support and referrals.
• Train, supervise, assign, and manage care staff while overseeing their performance, development, and well-being.
• Lead quality improvement efforts, identify risks, conduct audits, and manage incidents.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and cover care coordinator responsibilities when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of departmental management experience, including supervising a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; nursing qualifications (Degree/Advanced Diploma/Diploma) are an advantage.
• State Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board license and current BCLS certification.
