Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a Diploma-qualified Collection Officer to manage the IBG 4 CP-S portfolio of delinquent cases and NPLs in DBS Asia Central. The role focuses on recovering overdues and maximizing recoveries through proactive engagement with customers.

You will assess rescheduling requests, coordinate with lawyers and other parties, and ensure compliance with loan monitoring and write-off requirements. Prior collection experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Understand end-to-end CP-S Collection process from Soft-Collection through Rescheduling to Enforcement.
• Manage a portfolio of delinquent cases and/or NPLs: get customers to settle overdues, negotiate repayment terms, obtain approval for recall of loans, monitor repayment plans.
• Work with lawyers, receivers, valuers and auctioneers in enforcement/disposal of collateral.
• Liaise with Enterprise Singapore and Credit Insurers on claim submission.
• Handle operational matters including reminder letters and repayment instructions.
