Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte Ltd is partnering with a multinational engineering and manufacturing organization to appoint a Project Engineer to drive new product introduction from concept to production in Singapore.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to balance performance, cost, quality and delivery while advancing product industrialization. Travel may be required to support supplier engagements and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, project management or product industrialization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects supporting new product introduction and product industrialization activities.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality requirements and supply continuity.
• Support supplier selection, qualification and relationship management activities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product performance and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain and manufacturing risks.
• Support product lifecycle management, including component changes and obsolescence planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic business initiatives.
