Job summary

A leading company in manufacturing in Singapore is looking for a highly motivated individual to lead NPI activities and manage product introduction processes. The ideal candidate will have a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience, and strong problem-solving and project management skills. You will work closely with diverse teams and oversee the assembly processes while ensuring compliance with RBA standards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge in creating and modifying BOM structure for assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all NPI activities within the plant.
• Work and liaise with all relevant parties on product introduction.
• Involve in rack packaging design and support production on mass run.

Job description

Work Location : 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Responsibilities

• To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
• To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction including packaging
• Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process
• Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
• Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
• Involve in rack packaging design
• To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
• To support production on mass run
• Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good project management skills.
• A keen eye for details
• Compliance with RBA standards
