Job summary

AMD in Singapore is seeking a MTS Product Development Engineer to develop and drive ATE test solutions for AMS IPs, ensuring NPI milestones around test time, yield, cost and quality. You will lead test patterns, debug and characterization, and collaborate with design, test, quality, and software teams to balance quality and cost.

You should have strong technical and analytical skills, experience with DFT architecture for SOCs, and hands-on experience with ATE platforms (Advantest V93K

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of DFT for SOCs and test development
• Experience with ATE platforms (Advantest V93K preferred)
• Experience in HSIO and mixed-signal testing is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution/coverage development to meet milestones, cost and quality
• Develop test patterns and test flows, debug and characterization
• Pre-Silicon engagement with design, test solution/methodology scoping, planning & validation
• Post-Silicon bring up of test patterns leading to optimization for mass production
• Characterization and debug of new silicon designs and process technologies
• Optimize test coverage for increased quality, yield, cost reduction and test time
• Mentor junior engineers and influence technical decisions with distributed teams
