Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) Singapore is seeking an MTS Product Development Engineer to lead ATE test solutions for AMS IPs to meet NPI milestones. You will collaborate with design, test engineering, and reliability teams to balance quality and cost while delivering robust test programs.

The role requires strong DFT knowledge, silicon characterization, and experience with Advantest platforms. You will work with global teams across Windows/Linux environments and contribute to high-volume

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of DFT architecture for SOC products.
• Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience.
• Experience with industry standard ATE platforms and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive test solution/coverage development to meet milestones, cost and quality.
• Develop test patterns and flows; perform debugging and characterization.
• Engage with design and test teams during pre-Silicon scoping and validation.
• Bring up tests post-Silicon and optimize for mass production.
• Characterization, analysis and debugging of new silicon designs and process tech.
