Job summary

Best Logistics Technology (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Operations professional to oversee daily last-mile delivery activities and ensure targets are met. You will monitor fleet and driver performance, track critical KPIs, and collaborate with warehousing, transport and customer service teams to optimize end-to-end operations.

You will identify inefficiencies, drive data-driven improvements, and participate in capacity planning for new customers and changing daily volumes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, warehouse or operations.
• Experience in fleet, driver or delivery operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of last-mile delivery processes and KPIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving performance.
• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets and operational data.
• Experience with Power Query or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Background in coding, programming or process automation will help.
• Ability to identify manual processes and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency through automation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure the network meets service and performance targets.
• Monitor driver and vehicle performance to improve productivity and fleet utilization.
• Track KPIs such as D+1/D+2 SLA, OFD performance, delivery success rate, scan compliance and parcel aging.
• Review daily performance data to identify gaps in driver productivity, route efficiency and delivery performance.
• Take corrective action when performance falls below target and ensure improvement.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may affect delivery performance (manpower, breakdowns, delays).
• Collaborate with warehouse, transport, customer service and commercial teams for end-to-end operations.
• Support capacity planning for new customers, projects and changes in daily delivery volume.
• Develop and improve processes to increase productivity, service quality and reduce costs.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and explore automation opportunities.
• Support implementation of new systems and data processes to improve network performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Drive continuous improvement towards measurable SLA, productivity and cost improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor driver and vehicle performance to improve productivity and maximize fleet utilization.

• Track key operational KPIs such as D+1/D+2 SLA, OFD performance, delivery success rate, scan compliance and parcel aging.

• Review daily performance data to identify gaps in driver productivity, route efficiency and delivery performance.

• Take corrective action when operational performance falls below target and follow through to ensure improvement.

• Identify and resolve operational issues that may affect delivery performance, including manpower shortages, vehicle breakdowns and delivery delays.

• Work closely with warehouse, transport, customer service and commercial teams to maintain smooth end-to-end operations.

• Support capacity planning for new customers, projects and changes in daily delivery volume.

• Develop and improve operational processes to increase productivity, improve service quality and reduce operating costs.

• Identify repetitive manual processes and explore opportunities to improve them through automation and technology.

• Support the implementation of new systems and data processes that can improve network performance.

• Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and work towards measurable improvements in SLA, productivity, efficiency and operating cost.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, last-mile delivery, warehouse or operations.
