10X AI TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead the driver and delivery team in Singapore. You will oversee daily dispatch, route planning, and fleet coordination to ensure on-time deliveries.

Role requires 5+ years in fleet or delivery operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel and transport systems. Willingness to work rotating shifts and coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in fleet, transportation, or delivery operations.
• Experience supervising drivers or dispatch teams is preferred.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the daily operations of the driver and delivery team, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes based on order volume, delivery locations and operational requirements.
• Prepare daily driver and vehicle deployment schedules and ensure sufficient manpower and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate and dispatch delivery vehicles and drivers according to the daily delivery plan.
• Supervise drivers during cargo loading and dispatch, ensuring goods are loaded accurately and vehicles depart on schedule.
• Monitor drivers' attendance, punctuality, productivity and overall work performance.
• Track vehicles and delivery progress throughout the shift and proactively resolve delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, accidents or other in-transit issues.
• Handle loading discrepancies, missing goods, incorrect orders and other operational exceptions.
• Coordinate closely with the Warehouse, Transport, Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Ensure drivers comply with company SOPs, road safety requirements and operational procedures.

About the role

About you

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business Operations or other relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of fleet, transportation or delivery operations experience, preferably with supervisory/team-leading exposure
• Experience managing drivers, delivery vehicles and daily dispatch operations is preferred
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and operational/transport systems
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to respond quickly and make operational decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and people-management skills
• Responsible, hands-on, hardworking and willing to work closely with ground operations
• Able to work 6 days per week and rotating morning/night shifts
• Knowledge of Singapore roads and last-mile/B2B delivery operations would be an advantage
