Job summary
SOFTENGER (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced technology consultant to deploy post-sales on‑prem, hybrid, and Cloud storage solutions and coordinate with senior customer representatives and Sales teams.
The successful candidate will have hands-on NetApp storage deployment expertise and strong communication skills to train customers while building relationships with stakeholders. Familiarity with automation tools and cloud concepts is a plus.
Qualifications
- Hands-on field experience in technology consulting.
- Experience with NetApp Storage deployment and administration.
- Familiar with storage technologies and management tools.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform and scripting.
- Familiarity with public cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of virtualization and container orchestration (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Strong customer communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Deploy post-sales on-prem, hybrid, and Cloud storage solutions.
- Coordinate with senior customer representatives and Sales teams.
- Troubleshoot storage performance and firmware issues.
- Train customers and transfer knowledge.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
