Responsibilities

• Administer and manage storage environments of enterprise storage platforms.
• Configure and maintain NetApp enterprise storage platforms components.
• Implement and manage data protection solutions such as replication and backup.
• Perform storage provisioning, including LUN creation, mapping, and masking.
• Manage replication technologies across storage platforms.
• Administer Pure Storage systems using management tools.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAN infrastructure.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and utilization.
• Provide L2/L3 support and resolve incidents.
• Execute upgrades, patching, and changes in line with ITSM/ITIL processes.

Role Summary

Responsible for managing and supporting enterprise storage infrastructure across multiple platforms, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and data protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage storage environments of enterprise storage platforms
• Configure and maintain NetApp enterprise storage platforms components (clusters, SVMs, aggregates, volumes ? NFS/CIFS).
• Implement and manage data protection solutions such as replication and backup (e.g., SnapMirror, SnapVault).
• Perform storage provisioning, including LUN creation, mapping, and masking.
• Manage replication technologies across storage platforms.
• Administer Pure Storage systems using management tools and portals.
• Configure and troubleshoot SAN infrastructure, including zoning and fabric management.
• Monitor storage performance, capacity, and utilization; perform optimization and forecasting.
• Provide L2/L3 support, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents.
• Execute upgrades, patching, and changes in line with ITSM/ITIL processes.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in storage administration.
• Strong experience with enterprise storage platforms technologies (ONTAP environments).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage platforms
