Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong adaptability and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, booking trials, resolving issues.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication across channels in line with core values.
• Support centre operations, teachers, and management within SLAs and processes.
• Pursue long-term growth opportunities and contribute to centre performance.
• Collaborate with the Centre Team to minimise student turnover and engage clients.
