Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking Centre Managers to lead a team of Customer Service Executives, driving sales, enrolments, and exceptional customer service across our centres in Singapore.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a managerial role, and are capable of working retail hours including weekends. Strong leadership, adaptability, and fluent English are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Available to work retail hours and on weekends.
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingualism is a plus.
• Goal-driven with focus on growth of the centre.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned number of sales/lead-generation activities to promote programmes.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, sales, and enrolments as directed by management.
• Mentor and train team members to meet management targets.
• Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Lead sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions.
• Retain customers through effective problem-solving and high service quality.
• Promote centre growth by delivering excellent customer service and reducing turnover.
• Manage teacher growth plans to achieve monthly targets.
