Job summary

AUREUS (BEDOK MALL) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a team of Customer Service Executives and drive centre growth through strong service and selling skills. You will manage daily operations, promote programmes, handle inquiries, and coach staff to achieve targets while maintaining exceptional standards of customer care.

The role requires 2–3 years in customer service with at least 1 year in a leadership position, weekend availability, and excellent English.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends.
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments and lead-conversion targets
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and ensure high service standards
• Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for trials to enrolments
• Plan, manage, and execute teacher growth plans to achieve monthly targets
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the Management
