Job summary
Aureus Group is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a team of Customer Service Executives in achieving centre growth and sales targets in Singapore. You will mentor staff, manage key customer interactions, and promote our programmes with strong product knowledge.
The role requires an extroverted, goal-driven individual with English proficiency and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends. Competitive salary and development opportunities are provided.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position.
- Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends.
- Strong adaptability and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments and lead-conversion targets
- Cultivate team members through mentoring to meet targets
- Answer all incoming calls and emails promptly
- Conduct sales activities and events to support lead generation and conversions
- Retain existing customers through problem solving and ensure service quality
- Ensure centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigating turnover
- Plan and execute teacher growth plans to hit monthly targets
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management
