Aureus (WEST COAST PLAZA) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Sales/Centre Manager to support the Sales/Centre Manager, drive sales growth, elevate customer satisfaction, and boost staff engagement across the Aureus centre.

You will lead sales initiatives, oversee daily operations, coordinate events and training, and mentor team members to meet targets while upholding high service standards and the Aureus Curriculum System.

Responsibilities

• Performance Enhancement and Feedback: Regularly evaluating the front desk team's performance in providing excellent service, effective customer communication, sales proficiency, and maintaining a 360-degree feedback loop across stakeholders.
• Enhance Centre Experience: Oversee logistics, facilities, upkeep, cleanliness and overall experiential quality to match a 5-star standard.
• Sales and Growth: Achieve monthly lead generation, sales/enrolments and lead-conversion targets; mentor staff to meet management targets.
• Workplace Culture and Etiquette: Promote a positive environment aligned with company values; organise staff welfare events.
• Customer Relationship Management: Retain customers by solving problems and upholding high service standards; drive team to find optimal solutions.
• Communication and Transparency: Ensure consistent communications with core values; report issues to management.
• Aureus Curriculum System: Ensure full adoption and attainment of Enigma system goals per directives.
• Documentation and Reporting: Track and report team evaluations, development, and improvement plans.
• Ad- Hoc: Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
