Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to support the Centre Manager in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Singapore centre. The role focuses on driving growth, overseeing operations, training staff, and coordinating events to maximise performance and satisfaction.

You will mentor team members, uphold Aureus standards, and contribute to a vibrant, compliant workplace while aligning with divisional goals and the Aureus Curriculum System.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the related field.
• At least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• Willingness to work on weekends with two weekdays off.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and enrolments while leading the front desk team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain a high-quality centre experience.
• Coordinate events and training to boost growth and staff development.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage customer relationships to sustain high satisfaction and retention.
• Communicate transparently with management to address issues promptly.
• Ensure adoption of the Aureus Curriculum System and reporting of progress.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
