You will work closely with the Sales/Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, train staff, and lead events and campaigns that fuel business performance. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, improving customer experiences, and fostering a positive work culture across the centre while mentoring team

Qualifications

• Experience in sales centre or retail management preferred
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Responsibilities
