RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to Recruitment Manager to support our growth and development roadmap. You will lead and motivate the recruitment team to achieve targets, drive new business, and strengthen our market presence.

The role involves developing sales strategies, improving recruitment processes, analyzing metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to forecast hiring needs.

• 3–5 years in recruitment or staffing, with leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

We are a centrally located recruitment and headhunting firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on Recruitment Team Lead to Recruitment Manager who can help support us through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

You will be responsibilities for:
