Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a leadership-ready recruitment professional to guide a team of consultants in a fast-paced agency setting. You will mentor, coach and manage performance while driving client satisfaction and revenue growth.

You will set and monitor KPIs, implement best practices, and collaborate with colleagues to win new business and expand existing accounts. A proven billing track record and strong client management skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of agency recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead or billing manager role.
• Proven billing track record and strong client management skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing consultants with varying levels of experience.
• Commercial mindset and ability to contribute to business development.
• Motivated, organized and confident in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
