Job summary

Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to support our growth as a centrally located headhunting and recruitment firm. You will develop new business sources, manage full-cycle recruitment projects, and contribute to the development roadmap.

You will work with clients and candidates, monitor metrics, and prepare management reports. The role requires 2–3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Management
• At least 2 to 3 years of recruitment consultant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and set up new sources of business and projects and manage relationships with new and existing accounts
• Manage full cycle of recruitment process independently and as part of a team
• Formulate strategic business plans to meet the company’s objectives
• Monitor recruiting metrics and costs to provide reports to management
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Duties:

• Develop and setting up new sources of businesses and projects and perform relationship management with new and existing accounts

• Manage full cycle of recruitment process individually and as a team

• Formulate strategic business plans to meet Company’s overall objective

• Monitor various recruiting metrics, costs analysis, effectiveness of sales to provide reports to the management

• Other ad-hoc duties may apply
