Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd, a centrally located recruitment and headhunting firm in Singapore, is seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to Recruitment Manager to support the next growth phase of the company’s development roadmap.

You will lead and motivate the recruitment team, drive new business, and refine recruitment processes while coordinating with internal departments to forecast hiring needs and strengthen employer branding.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in recruitment and staffing, with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record in leading teams with sales targets and outcomes.
• Strong leadership, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making skills.
