Job summary

Marsh in Singapore is seeking a talented professional to join the Multinational Incoming team. This hybrid role requires at least three days a week in office and offers exposure to Marsh's international network of global clients.

You will manage multinational client servicing, process insurance requests, lead digital tools adoption, and implement action plans while protecting the firm from Errors & Omissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years’ general insurance experience.
• CGI or equivalent (ANZIIF or ACII preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational client servicing by coordinating with overseas Marsh offices to handle local entities in Singapore.
• Deliver prompt, accurate processing of insurance requests and ensure high-quality client servicing.
• Lead digital tools implementation and adoption with clients and internal teams.
• Implement action plans, monitor progress, and ensure service meets client expectations while mitigating risk.
