Job summary

Marsh in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Risk Management professional to join our retail broking team. You will manage a portfolio of large clients, work with internal stakeholders and help drive revenue growth in Singapore.

This hybrid role requires you to be in the office at least three days a week and collaborate with colleagues to deliver tailored risk solutions, mentorship to junior staff, and strategic client engagement across the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Attained minimum CGI; ANZIIF or ACII is an advantage.
• At least 10 years in insurance with 5 years in retail broking in Singapore.
• Experience in Property and Casualty insurance in Singapore preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and grow a portfolio of large clients while mentoring junior team members.
• Coach juniors on account management and expansion, preventing losses.
• Research and analyze client accounts to align with business needs.
• Attend presentations and meetings to develop team capabilities and portfolio.
• Identify expansion opportunities leveraging product offerings and market trends.
• Define strategy for custom solutions and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Represent Marsh at industry events and client functions to network and build relationships.
