Job summary

Marsh in Singapore is seeking a professional to join the Multinational Incoming team, supporting overseas multinational clients with local insurance needs from Singapore. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office weekly, and involves close collaboration with Marsh offices globally to ensure timely, accurate servicing and documentation.

You will manage pre-renewal and renewal discussions, post-renewal activities, and help drive adoption of Marsh digital tools with clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CGI or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multinational client servicing by coordinating with overseas Marsh offices to serve local entities in Singapore.
• Process insurance requests promptly and accurately, ensuring quality client service.
• Lead digital tools adoption with clients and internal teams to support Marsh systems.
• Implement action plans, monitor progress, and ensure service meets client expectations while mitigating Risk & Omissions.
