Qualifications

• min 3 years of experience in food service or hospitality; sushi prep/presentation experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple teams or locations with staff development.
• Solid understanding of sushi techniques, ingredient handling, and presentation standards.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with calm decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations across multiple sushi kiosks, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.
• Lead, support, and develop kiosk managers and team members through training, reviews, and mentorship.
