Job summary

Zensho Japanese Restaurant Company Pte. Ltd. is opening a new sushi restaurant and seeks a capable manager to lead daily operations and guest service. You will recruit, train and coach staff to deliver outstanding experiences while ensuring adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards.

You will oversee inventory, incident reporting, and teamwork to maximize guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and profitability, with rotating 6-day shifts and immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Perform daily operation tasks
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and handle feedback
• Recruit, train and coach staff to deliver best customer experience
• Lead and train team members and supervisors to achieve guest satisfaction and efficiency
• Oversee incident reports with proper actions and documentation
• Manage inventory and ordering to ensure smooth operation
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and SOP compliance
• Oversee P&L and assist in sales/operations reporting to HQ
• Ensure maintenance and cleaning of service equipment and outlet
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by Management
