Qualifications

• 2–3 years in food service; sushi experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team while upholding high service, quality, and hygiene.
• Solid understanding of sushi preparation techniques, handling, and presentation.
• Ability to ensure consistent high-quality sushi and appealing presentation.
• Capable of handling operational challenges quickly and calmly under pressure.
• Food Hygiene Certification required.
