Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan menus with chefs to attract customers and ensure flavorful, popular options.
• Supervise shift teams, scheduling, and service standards to meet targets.
• Monitor food cost, procurement, and waste to hit financial targets.
• Lead two or more outlets and coordinate with management.
• Assist in planning marketing, advertising and special restaurant events.
• Direct hiring, training and development of food service personnel.
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• Ensure proper working condition of outlet equipment and prepare defect lists.
