Job summary

SUPER THAI PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced leader to oversee three Thai restaurant outlets, maintaining brand authenticity and consistent food quality while driving profitability. This role balances hands-on leadership with strategic planning across multiple sites.

You will ensure operational excellence, lead restaurant managers, monitor guest feedback, and adapt decor and experience to reflect our Thai brand at every location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Multi-Unit Manager or Area Manager role within F&B.
• Strong familiarity with Thai cuisine and service culture.
• Deep understanding of restaurant financial reporting and KPI tracking.
• Ability to travel frequently between three outlets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of three Thai outlets ensuring brand standards, service speed, and hospitality.
• Enforce HACCP/Local Health Dept standards and ensure recipe adherence across locations.
• Manage P&L, labor costs, COGS, wastage and local marketing strategies.
• Monitor staff scheduling and performance reviews for senior team members.
