seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, applying knowledge in Food and Beverage management, including developing business, increasing profitability, staffing, budget and forecast management. In this role you will lead strategic planning and daily operations for at least two brands, drive cost controls, supervise a team, ensure service standards, and work with General Manager to maximize customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in managing restaurant operations and F&B principles.
• Strong budget, forecast and cost-control focus.
• Leadership and staff development skills.
• Customer satisfaction and service excellence mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of at least 2 brands.
• Maintain and improve performance through cost analysis and process monitoring.
• Ensure food and operational safety and create a comfortable dining environment.
• Drive operational efficiencies and support service culture to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Establish SOPs and service standards; ensure adherence across outlets.
• Manage and coach area managers, restaurant managers, supervisors and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Operations.
